Your application checklist.
For proprietors, partners and directors of PSGMEA member firms.
- A request letter on company letterhead, signed by the firm’s authorized representative in the association.
- The completed application form. Print it on A4 paper in black and white, fill it in capital letters and keep the official form unchanged.
- Two copies of the completed undertaking form.
- A copy of the National Identity Card, with the original for verification.
- A copy of the passport, with the original. If it changed, include the new passport’s endorsement of the previous passport.
- Export performance for the current or last financial / calendar year, attested by the bank.
- A bank confidential report mentioning all partners as recorded by the association.
- An invitation from the foreign customer.
Applying as a manager?
Include these additional documents with the member checklist.
- Bank guarantee confirming that the manager has operated the firm’s bank account on its behalf for at least one year.
- NTN evidence showing income tax payment.
- A service certificate stating the monthly salary.
- An undertaking signed by the firm’s authorized representative in the association.
- The authorized representative’s signatures on the request letter and undertaking, for verification against the association’s record.
Manager applications go to the Visa Recommendatory Committee for the final decision.

The association’s office bearers exercise discretion to meet genuine member needs and prevent misuse of this facility. Submission is subject to verification and approval. A recommendation letter does not guarantee a visa.
